Post-Summit Workshop
Stepping into Project Leadership
Friday, 30 October 2026
As Queensland prepares to deliver one of the largest infrastructure pipelines in its history, the industry needs more women stepping into project and organisational leadership roles. This highly interactive workshop is designed for women ready to expand their influence, strengthen their executive presence, and accelerate their leadership progression. Through practical exercises, peer learning, and reflection, participants will build the confidence, resilience, and strategic leadership capability needed to lead major projects, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and create lasting impact across the construction, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
