Pragya Gupta is a Senior Associate at Gray Puksand, where she is recognised as a respected leader in Australia’s architecture and design industry. As a registered architect, she brings a wealth of experience across the Asia-Pacific region, having led diverse projects in commercial, residential, hospitality, education, and infrastructure sectors.
Beyond her technical expertise, Pragya is a passionate advocate for equity and inclusion in the built environment. She leads Gray Puksand’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE+I) group, driving meaningful change through policy, dialogue, and culture-building. Her leadership reflects both professional insight and her lived experience as a migrant woman of colour in a traditionally male-dominated field.
Pragya is also the founder of Wine & Shine, a vibrant networking platform that champions women in property, and is the Founder & President of MAPP Inc., a nonprofit supporting multicultural professionals in the industry. Her journey is one of resilience, community-building, and the power of representation to shift the culture of an entire sector.
