Kylie is an eternal optimist, who is passionate about sustainably bringing more diversity into purchasing and recruiting practices.
Kylie has worked with a wide range of trusted peak bodies, Government Agencies and industry leaders to deliver thought-leadership on how every day decisions can impact the world around us. Kylie’s broader team at Major Roads Projects Victoria and now the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority has seen more than $1Bil directed to some of the most vulnerable and marginalised communities in Victoria, by engaging with an increasingly diverse workforce and supply chain and building an ever-growing ecosystem of change-makers who are motivated by more than delivering a product.
Kylie enjoys collaborating with like-minded people to solve systemic challenges, connecting social enterprises and Aboriginal businesses to commercial opportunities in the civil infrastructure industry and reinforcing the value of attracting and retaining a diverse supply chain and workforce.
