Kelly Maslin drives value creation for Jacobs across Asia Pacific & Middle East, in this pivotal role, she focuses on generating true value for clients and communities by connecting opportunities across diverse market sectors and geographies. She is a member of the Jacobs People and Place Solutions Global Leadership Team; she brings strategic vision to her role. Since joining Jacobs in 2014, Kelly has progressed through operational leadership positions in Australia and New Zealand, holding several project governance roles on a range of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure projects. Her career includes 17 years in the water sector prior to Jacobs.

With a bachelor's in environmental engineering and a master's in water resource management, Kelly combines technical expertise with a passion for diversity and inclusion. She has previously served on the Roads Australia Diversity and Inclusion Board and Jacobs' Global Together Beyond Inclusion and Diversity Council. Kelly's leadership style, focused on people and sustainability, aligns with Jacobs' mission to create a more connected, sustainable world.
