Jenika Stubelj is a passionate advocate for diversity in the trades. Built on the belief that business can be a force for good, Amarapave delivers high-quality paving while creating real opportunities for those traditionally left out from the construction space.
Jenika is driven by the idea that everyone should feel a sense of belonging in the industry, and she’s leading by example. Her vision and leadership were recognised nationally when she received the AfPA National Emerging Leader Award and the NAWIC Businesswoman of the Year Award in 2024. Outside of the workplace, you’ll likely find Jenika on the Oztag field or passionately cheering on the New Zealand Warriors. She’s as competitive in sport as she is committed to changing the game in construction.
