Jane has worked in infrastructure for 20 years driving transformational change, and currently leads Transport for NSW’s industry skills and diversity team. The team embeds social imperatives in Transport’s multi-billion dollar project pipeline driving skills, diversity and culture outcomes; with outcomes including 6% women in trades on projects State-wide from a 2% target. A trusted advisor and expert, Jane informs Federal and State policies as a member of numerous government and industry committees. Jane also has experience managing small construction businesses – affording her a practical and informed approach.
