Since joining the construction industry in 2017, Greg has established industry-leading social procurement and inclusion initiatives on major construction projects. He is passionate about ensuring the industry leave a positive social legacy that maximises immediate and long-term opportunities for communities. Greg has been a passionate champion for women, particularly those that face considerable disadvantage such as victims of domestic violence and homelessness, women with disabilities, culturally diverse backgrounds, refugees and Aboriginal women. Through innovative employment strategies and the development of partnerships, Greg has helped create sustainable and life changing employment outcomes while also raising awareness on important social issues facing women. Prior to joining John Holland Greg spent close to a decade in the Not For Profit sector in Australia and Asia. In 2020, Greg was named John Holland’s Employee of the Year and in 2024 he won the Industry Ally Award with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
