Dean Riha

National Manager Civil Operations

Fulton Hogan

Dean Riha brings nearly three decades of experience in delivering civil infrastructure, with over 18 years at Fulton Hogan where he continues to work today.

When we think of change makers within the industry, those who drive change, who encourage others to go above and beyond and who are genuine in their desire for everyone to have a place, Dean Riha’s name is front of mind. The passionate driving force behind many industry leading initiatives, including the Brunt Road CICT 5 Day working week pilot project, Dean knows that change can’t come from one initiative or person alone, encouraging his team to think out of the box to leave the industry in a better position than when they embarked on their career.
