Dani is an experienced operations leader with over a decade in the traffic management industry, specialising in team development, compliance, and building structured processes that support growth. Known for my proactive and solutions-focused approach, Dani thrives on simplifying complex challenges, enhancing efficiencies, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and open communication across all levels of an organisation.


Dani lives by the belief that “People are Everything”, which shapes the way Dani leads and grows teams. In my current role at Queens Traffic Management, Dani focuses on driving business growth and developing the people who make it possible. This includes strengthening recruitment strategies, building future leaders, and creating opportunities for staff to grow alongside the company. Dani is passionate about fostering a high-performance culture where individuals feel supported, valued, and motivated to achieve their best, ultimately positioning Queens for sustainable success.
