Clea Smith

Clea is the CEO of Tradeswomen Australia and a Director on the Board of Cricket Australia. A former Australian cricketer and past CEO of The Mind Room and SENVIC, she also served as General Manager at the Australian Cricketers’ Association. With an MBA and a background in sport and leadership, Clea has consistently championed gender equality—particularly in male-dominated industries. Through her work in sport, mental health, and trades, she is committed to creating inclusive pathways that support women to thrive in meaningful, future-focused careers.
