Cassandra Chalmers is an accomplished People and Culture professional with extensive experience in the civil construction, infrastructure, and utilities sectors.

Cassandra is currently the People, Capability and Inclusion Manager for the Metropolitan Roads Program Alliance, working for Fulton Hogan. Since commencing in this role in February 2024, she has been responsible for overseeing the Alliance’s employee lifecycle including recruitment, performance management, and people and capability development.

Cassandra has played a pivotal role in shaping a diverse and inclusive workforce by implementing strategies that promote the employment and development of socially disadvantaged and under-represented groups. Her ability to manage employee relations and ensure compliance with key areas of People and Culture best practice has been instrumental in maintaining a supportive and high-performing workforce.

Cassandra is passionate about mentoring and supporting her team, ensuring that they are well-equipped to handle the breadth of People and Culture functions performed at the Alliance. In addition to being an advocate for women in construction, her dedication to fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement has made her a respected leader at Fulton Hogan.
